Denver, Colorado October 5, 2006

We arrived in Denver early enough to do a sound check. The church looked familiar. I remember we had sung at this church about 15 years ago. Everybody was kind. Pastor Kee went over a song he had written two or three days prior. It was entitled
Glorious is Thy Name. A song he had written for Maranda Curtis for the
Nothing But Worship Album. We actually had church at sound check. We left sound check and checked into a gorgeous hotel. Pastor Joseph C. Nixon and the Shorter Community A.M.E. family had wonderful gifts in every room. Ms. Deborah Walker was really a blessing! She did a great job promoting the concert and interviewing us and allowing us to share our hearts for the people of God! I want to personally thank her for all of the ways she blessed us!

The concert crowd was a little older and Pastor Kee took advantage of the moment. He sang wonderful, old, traditional songs in the beginning and topped it off with high energy praise from the upcoming CD
Nothing But Worship. They sang many great old songs like
Remember Me, one of his grandmother’s favorites. One of the songs of the night was
Build the House (a slow worship and praise song that is very familiar to the New Life Fellowship Family). Pastor Kee actually finished the song, but the saints would not let it go. The second song was a song often ministered by our local church choir entitled
He Lives. Rufus, of course, was excellent. They really enjoyed him. They were amazed by his ability to sing out of his costume (smile). Okay… Pastor just told us we have less than an hour to be downstairs. It is off to Las Vegas. I’ll see you tomorrow.

John P Kee you did a great job blessing our community. We had a great time praising the Lord and listening to great gospel music. We all need a boost to get us through the week. As a producer, it was a pleasure working with John P Kee and his team.
